Participate in Training

Give an Hour has developed an "Educational Training Ground" as part of our commitment to the Got Your 6 campaign. Got Your 6 was created by members of the entertainment industry, in conjunction with the Joining Forces Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative, to help the over one-million service members who will be reintegrating into the civilian community over the next few years. We acknowledge that the training required to serve this unique cohort can sometimes be a financial burden. In response, we have accumulated the following online trainings which are all free of charge and which all offer free CEUs. Please look for trainings marked with an *.

Use Technology in Therapy

Phone apps can be a powerful supplement to therapy, not only allowing clients access to tools between sessions, but also supporting clinicians and assisting families.

  • Families of Heroes is an online evidence-based resiliency & PTSD training simulation where family members learn essential skills to manage the challenges they may face in adjusting to post-deployment life.
