The Power Breath Meditation Workshop is mind-body resilience training workshop for optimum performance specifically designed military veterans and service members. It offers practical breath-based tools that decrease stress, anxiety, anger and sleep problems and improve well-being.
Five-Day Workshop – Attendance at all sessions is required
Thursday January 21st - Monday January 25th
6:30pm - 9:00pm Weeknights, 10:00am - 2:00pm Weekend
