Unite US is a free platform connecting current military service members, veterans, and their families to transformative resources and opportunities in their local communities. These opportunities include networking outlets with veterans organizations and peer and civilian supporters. With its interactive, proximity-mapping technology, Unite US members and organizations are able to capitalize on assets within their immediate and national community.

Military Handbooks was launched with one simple goal – to give the Military community the very best information available about pay, benefits, retirement planning, education benefits, career decisions, much more! They also want to provide it in a series of straightforward, easy-to-understand handbooks – for FREE!
The National Association of Social Workers has complied a list of veteran resources divided up by state. Search for your state for resources covering job search, education, National Guard/Reserve, homelessness and much more. The Network of Care is a highly interactive, locally based Web portal that can be used by service members; military families, veterans, and those who support them (such as community-based organizations and local and state governments) to quickly access a wide variety of important information relating to local, state and national social services.

Code of Support Foundation (COSF) provides essential and critical one-on-one assistance to struggling service members, veterans and their families (SMVF) who have the most complex needs. The Campaign to Change Direction is a coalition of concerned citizens, nonprofit leaders, and leaders from the private sector who have come together to change the culture in America about mental health, mental illness, and wellness. This collective impact effort is led by Give an Hour and was launched in March 2015.
